On December 5, Alite International, together with Braze, hosted one more Alite Talk Event: “How Marketing Automation Can Drive Growth and Save Resources?”. The event took place at the Malmö headquarters and its main objective was knowledge and experience-sharing through a marketing automation perspective.
Driven by the reality that personalization and automation highly affect the growth and profitability of businesses, we devoted this talk to these two factors that are crucial in today’s digital age.
We welcomed two guest speakers who specialize in data-driven marketing, cross-channel engagement, lead nurturing and user journey management.
The first speaker was our very own Digital Marketing Consultant, Kristijan Arsov. He talked about all the ways businesses can build long-lasting customer relationships by delivering relevant, user-focused messages across all available channels. The focus was on cross-channel marketing automation with customer segmentation at its core as the foundation on which brands have to build their strategies.

Our guest speaker was Daniel Lancioni, the Agency Partnership Lead at Braze. Being confident that marketing automation is the only way to deliver brand consistency and highly personalized customer experience across all touchpoints, Daniel placed the omnichannel customer experience as the cornerstone of his presentation.
Q&A sessions with the experts
During the Q&A sessions, the attendees discussed potential solutions for their current marketing challenges with the two experts who shared some valuable tips and tricks. Also, the most active participants were awarded vouchers for a free business improvement analysis.
“I really enjoyed the feedback I received from the audience, both with people taking pictures of certain diagrams & charts, as well as their participation in the Q&A session. We received quite a few interesting, albeit challenging, questions on how marketing automation can be applied in a B2B context, or how it can be achieved if you have a really small marketing team at your disposal. It was exciting putting your brain to work to come up quickly with potential solutions to challenges that businesses and individuals face in their everyday work life,” said Kristijan.
We believe we managed to educate & inspire all the attendees to explore the full potential, value, and benefits of Marketing Automation. We hope the new year will bring even more fruitful events.
