At Alite International, 5 years into our own story we are also evolving. Founded in Malmo (Sweden) in 2015, we have quickly grown to an organisation of 130 people across 5 different markets with development centres in Serbia and North Macedonia and business centres in Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Now, in 2020, the time is right for us to evolve our identity and further develop our offering based on what we’ve seen in the market and what we expect to see in the future. Our new logo is an evolution from the original; designed to represent a more progressive and clear visual identity with elements that highlight our key services and propositions, breaking the one triangle into three clear elements embodying flexibility, agility, and interoperability in line with market dynamics.
Our purpose at Alite is to “help others make a difference” and this means our own people as much as our clients and partners, new and existing. Our refreshed brand and positioning is about putting this at the heart of everything we do, internally and externally.
Over the next few weeks, we will share how our brand comes to life aligned with our core purpose, looking into our core service offerings as well as the values that make us who we are.
