Stefan has experience from a number of fast growing IT, Pharma and consulting services in international environments. Focusing on Alite International's role as a strategic partner for our customers, Stefan develops our Finance function as support for our activities in Europe.

Andrew is a highly experienced leader, with a strong background in business and technology consulting. He has spent the last ten years working with senior client teams, focused on creating new value in existing business and operating models. Andrew is currently responsible for growing and developing Alite’s team in the UK, based in London. He’s passionate about developing great relationships with the clients.

Pär is an experienced and innovative leader in the digital transformation space, helping clients to transform and grow their businesses, creating new value through the intelligent and pragmatic use of new technologies. He is Managing Director for the Nordic division and a member of the leadership team.

With more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology Industry, Ivan is leading Alite International in Serbia. He is involved in strategic planning, business development and building of committed development teams.

Senior-level professional with extensive experience in Technology Consultancy, management and deployment of IOT and Cloud Transformation projects. International track record of success in Strategic Consultancy, Service delivery methodology and Quality assurance, Project management and New business development and sales proposals in Revenue Management. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in managing people and organizational change by putting ethics on the front. Aptitude in conceptual & strategic thinking abilities.

Nathalie is running our HR initiatives and is a skilled Agile/Scrum practitioner and project manager. Her background is from the life sciences industry where she held important positions in global enterprises.

Orce is a leader with great business acumen that helps organizations from different sizes and industries create value through technology. Striving for excellence, he always achieves the sales and company’s mission by providing the best in class services for his clients. With more than 12 years of experience in business development, sales and key account management in the IT industry, Orce is responsible for the business operations of Alite International in the DACH region.
